2017 has been nothing but a sartorial bliss. Not only were the ladies bringing in their fashion A-game but our desi men stepped up on the sartorial front, as well. From pushing fashion envelopes to breaking all the sartorial norms, 2017 was truly a fashion supernova. Yes, 2017 saw a slew of your favorite actors bid goodbye to their run-of-the-mill boring basics and embrace all-things-quirky and upbeat. Make way for the men in 2017 who defied all norms to bring back the F in fashion.

Shahid Kapoor

When you’re blessed with good looks, good looks and a whole lot of good looks, you already have a bit of a headstart. The doting father and uh-dorable hubby, Shahid Kapoor’s style has always landed him on the best-dressed chart. The actor who nails just about anything and everything, takes dressing up as a serious activity, as well. Be it stepping out in his ‘KING’ Gucci sneakers at the recent Filmfare Glamour Award or donning a checkered suit at IFFI, Shahid was seen elevating his classic suits with a fun twist. No wonder, the man never fails to look like a million bucks. Lucky Mira!

Karan Johar

Karan Johar’s recent transformation itself is impressive enough on its own, but let’s hear it for this B-town director who’s gone a step ahead and added another switcheroo to his wardrobe. Along with his slimmed-down new physique, SRK’s best friend has been killing it on the wardrobe front. With Nikita Jaisinghani acting as his style guru, Karan Johar has been giving our A-list actors a run for their money, on the sartorial front. From bomber jackets to custom-fit suits, KJo has turned into a connoisseur of style. Not like he wasn’t before! Boy, oh boy, we can’t wait to see what 2018 holds for Mr. Karan Johar!

Ayushmann Khurrana

How do you end a remarkable year? Hit the runway! Ayushmann pulled off one of the most rad looks while walking the ramp for Sahil Aneja. The singer and actor has been on a sartorial roll and his insta handle is proof! If you were under the false impression that only your favorite divas ruled it at the Filmare Glamour and Style Awards, then scratch that thought, cause this talented star just slayed it in style with a dash of quirk!

Shah Rukh Khan

Leave it to King Khan to drip in royalty even on the runway. They say age is only a matter of number, and this falls true while we talk about King Khan. The man whose birth certificate confirms his 52years of age on earth, clearly doesn’t look it or even feel it. This basically means amazing news for his royale wardrobe. Shah Ruk Khan, B-town’s official King slayed it the desi way en number of times this year, but the above two looks stole our complete attention.

A huge shout-out to Mr. King Khan's Diwali outfit. While we saw our millennial men opting for run-of-the-mill boring black sherwanis for all the Diwali bashes, this year, SRK bowled in this offbeat ensemble.

Sidharth Malhotra

Let’s hear it for Sidharth Malhotra who was responsible for raising the temperature at Goa during his IFFI appearance. Yes, this boy-next-door is a pro when it comes to all-things-fashion. The star who is known for his easy going and copy-worthy wardrobe, sailed through the year with his style game on fleek, from the onset of 2017. Be it his appearance at IFFI or the Lokmat Award, Sidharth’s refreshing and effortless style puts him on our best-dressed actors of 2017. However, we’re not sure what’s more drool-worthy: his chocolate boys looks or his easy-going wardrobe. You decide!

Varun Dhawan

Let’s hear it for the Judwa actor who’s been raising the temperature with his shirtless on-screen appearances, showing off his drool-worthy washboard ABS. Though we’d prefer him to stay this way forever, Varun gave us a slew of on-point red-carpet appearances, as well. The year started off with a bang for this actor, as he turned up the dapper quotient at IIFA. Clad in Emporio Armani tux and Gucci shirt, the actor put a fun spin on his outfit with his Gucci bow tie. If that look didn’t fit the bill for you, then Varun’s red-carpet appearance at Jio Filmfare Award surely will. Clad in an all-black velvet border suit and gold bow tie, Varun clearly knows how to have fun and let loose, even with classic staples. We love!

Ranveer Singh

Let’s face it, there is no color left that we haven’t seen on this man. Ranveer, whose jaw-line looks more like a carved marble, has had a stellar year in keeping the fashion God’s as confused as ever. Though the country is divided over his fashion choices, we at PeepingMoon.com love the man for who he is. The man was seen working a pleated skirt at this year’s GQ event. If that wasn’t enough to curb your sartorial hunger, Ranveer started off the year with a shiny, metallic Tom Ford blue blazer. Let’s all bow to Ranveer ‘quirky’ Singh, who made our 2017 more or less a sartorial snoozefest.

Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar

If you thought only the young guns were blazing this year, think again, Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar have been slaying it and how! Not only can these two can give our millennial men a run for their money but also give them a crash course on how to look how-to-look-presentable-in-any-situation. Woot! Woot!
