PeepingMoon Exclusive: Contrary to rumours, Nikki Tamboli still a part of Khatron Ke Khiladi 11; to dedicate show to her late brother Jatin Tamboli

Bigg Boss 14 second runner-up Nikki Tamboli is going through an emotionally challenging phase. The actress lost her elder brother Jatin Tamboli to COVID-19 related complications on Tuesday. He was only 29 and was admitted to the hospital. Nikki, who is acting as a strong pillar of support for her bereaved parents, had signed up for the eleventh season of Rohit Shetty's Khatron Ke Khiladi.

Nikki had confirmed participating in the show before her brother's demise. But, soon after the news broke, rumours surfaced that she might back out to be with her family in testing times. While team Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 is all set to jet off to Cape Town, South Africa for the shoot, a source close to Nikki clarified that the actress is still a part of the show.

The source exclusively told PeepingMoon that it was Nikki's brother's wish to see her in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 and face her fears. Nikki will be dedicating the show to her beloved elder brother. The source further said that though heartbroken, she will deal with it like a strong warrior. "Nikki has given a commitment and moreover, her brother wanted her to do the show. He wanted Nikki to face her fears, so she will do it for him," the source shared.

Bidding adieu to her brother, Nikki, on Instagram, wrote, "We didn’t know that this morning god was going to call your name..In life we loved you dearly. In death we do the same. It broke our hearth to lose you. You didn’t go alone. For part of us we went with you, The day god called you home. You left us beautiful memories. Your love is still our guide And though we cannot see you, You are always by our side. Our family chain is broken And nothing seems the same. But as god calls us one by one, The chain will link again. You gave no one a last farewell, Not ever said good bye. You were gone before we knew it, And only god knows why. A million times we will miss you, A million times we will cry, If love alone could have saved you, you never would have died. We will meet again someday. I thank God he made you our brother while you were here on earth. You are always loved immensely and never forgotten. May your soul Rest in peace!!"
