PeepingMoon Best Of 2021: Progressing in India after hustling for a decade, still scratching the surface in the West- Adarsh Gourav on making it big in Hollywood & Bollywood

Adarsh Gourav, after his debut film The White Tiger, is called the next new-age global star and why not? His lineup includes an anthology series for Apple TV+ titled Extrapolations which stars Meryl Streep, David Schwimmer & Kit Harrington among others. He has also signed Zoya Akhtar-produced Kho Gaye Hum Kahan with Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi. Striking the right balance between Hollywood and Bollywood, Adarsh is someone who is being looked up to.

In PeepingMoon's special segment titled Best of 2021, Adarsh cleared the air that he won't be sharing the screen space with Meryl as they are in different episodes. He further spoke about making a mark for himself in India and the West. Talking about focusing on both the industries, the actor said, "I have been lucky that I have a couple of agencies who are representing me in LA and in London. They send me material for auditions. I would say I have been hustling here in India for the last 10 years and I have made some progress. But out in the West, nobody knows me. I am literally scratching the surface out there."
