Alia Bhatt is undoubtedly one of the busiest actors in Bollywood. From preparing for back to back films to juggling between shoots, the actress has been working round the clock to wrap her projects. 

Now, PeepingMoon has exclusively learned that the actress, who was shooting for SS Rajamouli's RRR in Hyderabad unthe beginning of 2021 and Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiawadi in Mumbai, was hospitalized in Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital for a day due to exertion on January 17! 
What more? The dedicated actress returned to the sets of Gangubai Kathiawadi for her shoot directly from the hospital after getting discharged today morning.
