Together, this pair has given Bollywood numerous memorable songs and films. Now, these very classic Bollywood vibes are making a comeback once again with Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai.

The track Chunari Chunari – Let’s Go, recently released from the film, has been a constant topic of conversation across social media platforms. Interestingly, the original version of Chunari Chunari was part of the 1999 film Biwi No.1, which was directed by David Dhawan and featured music composed by Anu Malik. Bringing back that very same song in a fresh avatar years later has turned out to be a nostalgic treat for the audience.

David Dhawan and Anu Malik have collaborated not only on Biwi No.1 but also on Judwaa, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, No Entry, and several other films. The songs from these movies remain an integral part of parties, weddings, and Bollywood playlists to this day. Joining Varun Dhawan in the film are Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde. Produced under the banner of Tips Industries Films, the movie has been directed by David Dhawan. Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai is set to release in theaters on June 5, 2026.
