A memorable Bengaluru gathering: Sajid Nadiadwala, Rajkumar Hirani, Vikrant Massey and Mahaveer Jain meet Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

Several prominent Bollywood personalities yesterday visited Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s Bengaluru ashram as part of his 70th birthday celebrations and the 45th anniversary of The Art of Living Foundation. Pictures from the gathering featured Gurudev alongside Sajid Nadiadwala, Rajkumar Hirani, Sunil Grover, Vikrant Massey, Montoo Bassi (director of White, starring Vikrant as Gurudev), ace photographer Avinash Gowariker and Viineet Kumar Siingh. Also present were filmmaker-producer Mahaveer Jain, producers Divyansh Jain and Balasaheb Darade from Mahaveer Jain Films, along with Manjeet Rajkumar Hirani, Neetu Mahaveer Jain and Ajanta Pharma founder Madhusudhan Agarwal.

One of the most entertaining moments of the gathering came during Sunil Grover’s interaction with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

Producer Divyansh Jain recalled, “Sunil Grover thanked Gurudev and jokingly asked if he could mimic him the way he recently mimicked Aamir Khan. Gurudev instantly laughed and replied, ‘Mujhe mat phasao bhai!’”

The light-hearted exchange left everyone in splits, with Mahaveer Jain and the other guests thoroughly enjoying the cheerful moment.

Another picture from the event also captured Sunil Grover posing excitedly with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

Speaking about the overall experience, Divyansh Jain shared, “It was truly memorable. Gurudev is doing incredible work in the field of mental health, and his message of peace and non-violence feels even more relevant in today’s times. We all congratulated and thanked him for the impact he continues to create.”

Mahaveer Jain, who has been associated with several spiritually and socially driven initiatives, was also seen interacting warmly with Gurudev and the guests throughout the celebrations.
