The historical epic continues its stronghold at the box office both domestically and globally, becoming the highest-grossing Marathi film ever with 93.00 crore nett in India and 114.80 crore gross worldwide. 

After the striking success of Dhurandhar last year, a phenomenal film that registered staggering collections, Jio Studios soared past its own achievement with Dhurandhar The Revenge. Despite being an adult-rated film and not releasing in several international territories, Dhurandhar The Revenge has crossed the lifetime collections of its predecessor, only to become one of the highest-grossing Indian films of all time.

In 2023, Jio Studios' Baipan Bhaari Deva emerged as a cultural phenomenon and Marathi cinema's second-highest-grossing film. Now, Raja Shivaji has raced past the benchmark set by Baipan Bhaari Deva to solidify itself as the highest-grossing Marathi film ever, an achievement recorded under the name of Jio Studios again. Industry trade expects Raja Shivaji to continue its roaring run.
