Bollywood actress Fatima Sana Shaikh recently made a startling revelation regarding her health condition. During an interaction, she disclosed that she suffered epileptic seizures while filming the movie Dangal, and during that difficult period, her co-stars Aamir Khan and Sanya Malhotra stepped in to help her.

Fatima recounted that during the shoot, she suddenly began to feel strange, sensing that something was about to happen. Moments later, she suffered a seizure; initially, those present on the set could not comprehend what was actually taking place. At that moment, Aamir Khan, Sanya Malhotra, and other team members immediately rushed to her aid and took control of the situation.

According to the actress, she was subsequently taken to a doctor, where she underwent diagnostic tests such as an MRI and an EEG. The doctors prescribed medication, but the side effects were so severe that even performing daily routine tasks became a struggle for her. She explained that the medication caused dizziness, made it difficult for her to walk properly, and led to significant mood swings.

Fatima also admitted that living with this condition was not easy for her. She often lived in fear that she might suffer another seizure in public. Consequently, whenever she sensed an episode coming on, she would isolate herself, retreat to a quiet spot, and wait until her condition stabilized.

Sharing her experience, Fatima stated that she aims to raise awareness among the public regarding conditions like epilepsy, in order to dispel associated misconceptions and help people gain a better understanding of the condition.
