Kartik Aryan's character in the film, 'Ray,' is a modern, attractive, and extremely confident boy who doesn't give up on the love of his life. To portray the character's body language and strong screen persona, Kartik took his fitness to new levels. His sharp jawline, toned abs, and muscle definition are clearly visible in recent teasers and behind-the-scenes videos. Viewers are also saying that this is Kartik's "fittest and most stylish avatar" yet.

The film is directed by Sameer Vidwans and produced under the banner of Dharma Productions and Namah Pictures. The production team includes Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, and others. The film is scheduled to release in India on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025.
