The teaser of the film “Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat”directed by Milap Zaveri has become a victim of tremendous trolling on social media as soon as it was released. The audience not only made fun of the title and dialogues of the film, but also completely rejected the performance of the lead actors.

Trolling on Reddit

Users in r/BollyBlindsNGossip and r/bollywood community reacted sharply to the teaser. One user wrote – “When you are 14 years old and you don’t know anything about love or life, this is what love looks like. Trash.” While another taunted – “This is not a Sony or Star Plus show… this looks like a serial promo of Dangal channel.” Many people directly targeted the actors. Harshvardhan Rane's acting was rejected calling him "cringe wardhan".

No trust in director

The audience was also angry with Milap Zaveri. One user wrote - "How is Milap Zaveri making films again and again? He has given one bad film after another." While another said - "We trust him to give only bad cinema."

Questions on title and language

Questions were also raised on the title of the film "Deewaniyat". One viewer wrote - "There is no such word. This is complete ignorance." While the dialogues and artificial Urdu accent were also described as very artificial.

Disappointment on social media

From Twitter to Instagram, the audience rejected the teaser with words like "below average", "disappointing" and "wrong pair, no chemistry". Even a viewer wrote – “I often watch crap movies while travelling, but after watching this teaser I did not have the courage to start the movie.”

It is clear that the audience did not like the teaser of “Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat” at all. Neither the style of the story, nor the pair, nor the dialogues this teaser is proving to be a flop on every front.
