Bollywood veteran actor Anil Kapoor has recently made a big investment in the property market. According to reports, Anil Kapoor along with his son Harshvardhan Kapoor has bought a luxury apartment worth around Rs 5 crore in Mumbai's posh area Bandra West.

Bandra West is considered to be the most expensive and high-profile area of Mumbai. Here a unique combination of modern apartments, old bungalows and commercial spaces is seen. This is the reason why Bollywood stars, business tycoons and big investors prefer to live here. The area is well connected to the Western Express Highway, Bandra Railway Station and the upcoming metro line. Apart from this, BKC, Lower Parel and the international airport are also located nearby.

According to the documents filed on the IGR Maharashtra website, this apartment is located in The Smoky Hill CHS Limited building. Its built-up area is about 1,165 sq ft and carpet area is about 970 sq ft. A garage space is also included in this deal. During the registration of the apartment, a stamp duty of about 30 lakh rupees and a registration fee of 30 thousand rupees were also paid.
