Bollywood's Badshah Shah Rukh Khan is always known for his wit and funny style. The same style of King Khan was seen at the trailer launch of son Aryan Khan's debut web series 'The Bads of Bollywood' on Wednesday. While on one hand Shah Rukh gave full support to his son's project, on the other hand he made everyone laugh by joking about his own film.
During the program, when the film ‘Zero’ was mentioned in a conversation with actor Manish Chaudhary, Shahrukh immediately smiled and said, “Producer to producer ek baat kahun? (Should I say something as a producer to a producer?)” He then told Manish, "Sir, aapko joh bhi banana hai bana lena, ullu bana lena, gadha bana lena, mamu bana lena lekin bhagwan ke liye meri taranh Zero mat banana (Sir, make anything that you want, make a fool or anything else, but please for God's sake, don't ever make a film like Zero like I did).”
Aryan Khan is entering the digital world as a director with this series. Its preview was released on Netflix on 20 August. On this occasion, Shahrukh said that just like the audience has given him love and respect for years, his son Aryan should also get the same affection. The series is being produced by Shahrukh’s production company Red Chillies Entertainment.
It is worth noting that ‘Zero’ released in 2018 was one of Shahrukh’s most ambitious films. In the film, he played the role of Baua Singh, a dwarf youth from Meerut. Along with him, Anushka Sharma played the role of a scientist suffering from cerebral palsy, while Katrina Kaif appeared as a troubled film star. Made at a cost of about Rs 200 crore, this film did not live up to expectations at the box office and could earn only Rs 178 crore worldwide. As a result, it was declared a flop. After this failure, Shahrukh also distanced himself from films for some time.
