Vidya Balan's debut film 'Parineeta' was released in the year 2005 and now after almost two decades, this film is returning to the big screen again. The makers have surprised the fans by releasing its new trailer, which is going to make the audience experience romance, music and a great story once again.

Vidya Balan started her Bollywood career with 'Parineeta'. In the new trailer, the chemistry of Vidya (Lalita) and Saif Ali Khan (Shekhar) is winning hearts once again. The famous song of the film 'Piyu Bole' is also heard in the trailer, which gives a classic feel. This time the film is being re-released in 8K quality, which will give the audience an even better visual experience.

This film was directed by Pradeep Sarkar. Apart from Vidya and Saif, Sanjay Dutt (Girish) and Dia Mirza (Gayatri) were also in important roles. The story is about childhood friends Lalita and Shekhar, whose friendship turns into love over time. But their love clashes with the restrictions of society and family, due to which the path of the relationship becomes difficult.
