Bollywood actress Kajol is celebrating her 51st birthday today. In a career spanning over three decades, she has made her strong presence felt from the big screen to OTT and social media. But while her acting and stardom are much talked about, there is little talk about her financial understanding and investment ability.

According to reports, Kajol's total assets are around 240 crore, a large part of which comes from real estate. Recently, she has bought a new commercial space on Gorgaon Linking Road, which is said to be worth around 30 crore. This property is spread over about 4,365 sqft and for this Kajol has paid stamp duty of 1.72 crore in March 2025.

This is her fifth big property. Kajol already owns her bungalow ‘Shiv Shakti’ is located in Juhu, where she lives with her husband Ajay Devgn and children. The estimated value of this bungalow is 60 crore. Apart from this, in 2022, she bought two flats in Juhu, which cost 12 crore. In 2023, she bought another flat for 16.5 crore and a commercial unit for 7.5 crore.

Not only in India, Kajol and Ajay Devgn's property extends to London. Both of them have a luxurious bungalow in Park Lane, London which is said to be worth around 54 crore. In this way, their total real estate assets reach around 180.5 crore, which is about 75% of their total net worth.

Apart from acting, Kajol also earns from brand endorsements, modeling and business ventures. She has been the face of brands like Olay, Knorr, Tata Indicom, Alpenliebe and Tanishq. She is also active in social work through Relief Projects India, which works for newborn and orphaned girls.
