Isha Koppikar references Shah Rukh Khan as she says 'Those who don’t do anything do wonders', In her motivating message to the youth

Isha Koppikar is no stranger to ambition, discipline, and transformation. Having walked the path of fame, fulfillment and disappointments, she now shares a message every youngster needs to hear. Her message is clear - dream, but do it with your eyes open. “It is very important to dream,” she says. “I always believe and say this. But without any plan, to dream like this is just an illusion. It exhausts you. It confuses you.” Isha isn’t against ambition, she champions it. But she insists that real life begins after the applause fades. “Fairy tales, dream land are very good. We watch movies till the end. What happens after the end? This is real life. Reality is after the end. After the movies, after the end. Where you need patience, planning, mental strength.”

She knows that success doesn’t happen overnight and warns that glamor often hides the grind. “You don't get anything overnight. Rome was not built in a day. Rejection, discipline. A lot of time, a lot of efforts, passion. You need everything. But to run it you need a clear plan.” And when that plan fails? “Change the plan. Don’t leave the goal,” she says firmly. For Isha, burnout isn’t weakness, but a sign to pause and recalibrate. “It’s okay to do nothing. Shah Rukh Khan has said 'those who don’t do anything do wonders'. Rest, reset, unlearn, learn, upgrade. Then come back. Stronger than before.” She knows the pressure is real, “from society, from peers, from family, from friends, from yourself,” but insists that “mental peace and strength are above everything.”

In the end, Isha’s advice boils down to balance. “Every dream has a cost. If you are ready to pay the price then go all in. If not, no problem. No guilt. Your success should be your definition and not anyone else’s.” She reminds us to start with what we have and trust our pace: “Your timing is mind-blowing. It’s God’s timing.” Sharing a childhood analogy, she says, “In the lemon and spoon race, the one who reaches the finishing line has to have both lemon and spoon.” Balance is everything. She adds that if she ever is in a position where she has gained everything but lost everything in the process, then that does not constitute as successful for her. "I walk my talk. I practice happiness every day. And success is being happy without anything.” Her parting words? “Life is not permanent. Don’t take it too seriously. Enjoy it. We are the world. We can do anything. God has given us the power that we can do anything. Love you and God bless.”
