Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is in the headlines these days for his next film 'Battle of Galwan'. After 'Sikandar', Salman does not want to leave any stone unturned for this project. On one hand, while Salman is preparing with all his heart for the role of a soldier in the film, on the other hand, big news related to real estate has come to the fore.

According to the information received, Salman Khan has sold one of his flats located in Bandra West, a posh area of Mumbai. The flat was located in a premium residential complex called Shiv Aastha Heights built in Pali Village. After reviewing the registration documents by Square Yards, it has come to light that the deal took place in July 2025 and Salman has sold this flat for Rs 5.35 crore.

The flat was not very big in size, its total area is 122.45 sq m or 1218 sq ft. It also has three car parking facilities. Stamp duty of Rs 32.01 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000 has been paid for this deal.

It is worth noting that this flat is just 2.2 km away from Salman's current residence Galaxy Apartment. Salman still lives in Galaxy Apartment with his family. Bandra is considered to be the most expensive area of Mumbai, where many film stars have luxurious houses. Stars like Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Javed Akhtar live in this area. Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are also going to shift to this area soon.

Talking about films, Salman Khan was seen in 'Sikandar' this year, but this film could not perform as expected. Now Salman's entire hard work is focused on 'Battle of Galwan', in which he is playing the role of a soldier. This film is directed by Apoorva Lakhia.
