Saiyami Kher takes a dig at cosmetic surgery trend: says “Everyone looks like factory-made products

Actress Saiyami Kher was recently seen in the film 'Jaat' with Sunny Deol. Now she has given her opinion about the cosmetic surgery done by the artists to look beautiful in the glamour industry. Saiyami says that she was also pressured to undergo surgery, but she accepted herself as she is.

When Saiyami was asked during a conversation with Bollywood Bubble whether cosmetic surgery is a right way for beauty, she said, "This applies not only to actresses but to all artists. If someone is not happy with their looks and wants to change it, then they should definitely do it. But changing yourself just because of what the world thinks is not right according to me."

In the conversation, Saiyami further said, “Many people told me that my lips are not full enough, so I should get a lip job. Someone also said that I should get a nose surgery done. But I did not pay attention to these things. I like my lips the way they are. In the race to look beautiful, everyone has started looking alike, as if they are factory-products. Whereas the real beauty lies in your originality. We should promote such a culture in which the focus is on the performance of the person, not on the shape of their lips or nose.”

It is worth noting that Saiyami Kher has worked not only in Bollywood but also in South Indian cinema. Apart from 'Jaat', she has also appeared in films like 'Choked', 'Unpaused', 'Wild Dog' and 'Highway'.
