Vicky Kaushal reveals Hrithik Roshan’s praise for his dance moves in Tauba Tauba: ‘It's my oscar’

Speaking with Anupama Chopra on Film Companion, Vicky shared his excitement over Roshan's praise. When Chopra mentioned Hrithik comment, calling it the "Michelin star equivalent," Vicky quickly corrected her, saying, "His comment was much more than that; it's my Oscar." Vicky clearly moved, explained, "I have been one of those kids who, ever since 'Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai,' have admired him immensely. Not just for his dancing, but for his sheer hard work and dedication to his art. I feel very inspired by him."

When asked about his wife's reaction, Vicky revealed that Katrina Kaif's approval was a significant relief. Known for her exceptional dance skills, Katrina endorsement added an extra layer of validation for Kaushal. He humorously described himself as a 'baaraati dancer' and admitted he isn't a trained dancer, making his performance in Tauba Tauba all the more impressive.

‘Bad Newz,’ directed by Anand Tiwari, produced by Karan Johar, stars Vicky Kaushal alongside Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk, with Neha Dhupia playing a pivotal role. The film is set to release on July 19th, and fans are eagerly awaiting to see Kaushal's full performance on the big screen.
