Ranbir Kapoor to gift his newly renovated Rs. 250 crores bungalow to his and Alia Bhatt's daughter Raha Kapoor: Reports

The Kapoor family's ancestral home in Mumbai, Krishna Raj, is under renovation for the past few years now. The sprawling bungalow situated in the heart of the city is expected to be home to Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and little Raha Kapoor. Recently, Neetu, Ranbir, and Alia were spotted inspecting the work at the property. Reportedly, the Kapoor will move into the newly renovated Krishna Raj bungalow in 2025.

While the construction work continues, reports claim that Ranbir is keen on naming the Krishna Raj bungalow in his and Alia's one-year-old daughter Raha's name. According to a report in Bollywood Life, the property is worth 250 crores. A source close to the development informed the portal, "Ranbir and Alia are both equally investing their hard-earned money to make their dream house. The house will cost more than  250 crore once it’s all done. And this will become the most expensive bungalow in the Mumbai area compared with Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa."

The source added, "It is also said that Ranbir Kapoor, who is madly and deeply in love with his daughter Raha Kapoor, will name the bungalow in her name, and this will make the little one the richest star kid in the B-Town (Bollywood). Along with this massive bungalow, both Alia and Ranbir own four flats in the Bandra area and the worth is more than 60 crore."

The report further claimed that Neetu will be the co-owner of the bungalow as her husband, late actor Rishi Kapoor, made her ‘the half-owner of all his properties’. At present, Ranbir and Alia live with Raha in Bandra in an apartment in Vastu.
