Noida Police removes NDPS Act charges against Elvish Yadav in snake venom case: It was a 'clerical mistake'

Elvish Yadav, who landed in trouble for his involvement in the 2023 snake venom case, finally breathed a sigh of relief. The Noida Police had levelled charges under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. Section 29. Now, according to the latest development, the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner has been relieved from the NDPS Act charges. 

According to a report in Times Now, the Noida Police clarified in a statement that the NDPS Act was imposed against Elvish 'by mistake'. The statement read, "We had imposed the NDPS Act by mistake, it was a 'clerical mistake'."

 

Previously, it was reportedly that Elvish admitted his involvement in the snake venom case. As per a report in NDTV, during the questioning, the YouTuber also known as Rao Sahab admitted that he had met the accused at different rave parties and was in contact with them.
