Deepika Padukone is gearing up to welcome a new addition to the family this year. Earlier in the year, she joyfully revealed the news to Ranveer Singh, and together they expressed their excitement about embarking on parenthood. Since then, the couple has been a topic of discussion. Amidst all the buzz, Deepika recently shared a glimpse of her freshly styled long hair on her Instagram, prompting a heartwarming response from Ranveer Singh.
Sharing the photo, Deepika disclosed her longing for her long locks, captioning it with '#MissedMyLongHair .' Ranveer, utterly smitten by the image, couldn't resist expressing his admiration in the comments, affectionately referring to her as 'Cute.'
In the previous month, Deepika shared the news of her pregnancy on her Instagram account, mentioning that the baby is expected to arrive in September of this year. Both Ranveer and Deepika have openly expressed their desire to start a family. In fact, some years back, Ranveer expressed his wish to have a daughter similar to Deepika.
"Like you all know, I'm married now, and we might have kids in the next two to three years. Brother, your sister-in-law was such an adorable baby. I see her baby photos every day and ask her to give me a baby like that, and my life will be complete," Ranveer expressed on his show The Big Picture.
In terms of their professional endeavors, Deepika Padukone recently starred alongside Hrithik Roshan in Fighter and has several upcoming projects lined up. She's set to appear opposite Prabhas in Kalki 2989 AD and will also feature in the Hindi remake of The Intern alongside Amitabh Bachchan. On the other hand, Ranveer Singh is eagerly anticipated in Don 3, where he'll star alongside Kiara Advani.
