Elvish Yadav confesses his involvement in supplying snake venom at rave parties: Reports

Elvish Yadav's legal troubles don't seem to end. The YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner was arrested in the 2023 snake venom case by the Noida Police yesterday and was sent to a 14-day judicial custody. According to reports, Elvish and five others were accused of supplying and consuming snake venom as a recreational drug at a rave party in November last year. 

As per the latest report, Elvish has reportedly confessed his involvement in the snake venom case. As per a report in NDTV, during the questioning, the YouTuber also known as Rao Sahab admitted that he had met the accused at different rave parties and was in contact with them.

According to NDTV's report, Elvish has faced charges under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. Section 29. The law deals with drug-related conspiracies like buying and selling. 

On November 3, five people, excluding Elvish, were caught possessing nine snakes, including five cobras. Reportedly, 20 ml of suspected snake venom was also seized. The cops noted that Elvish wasn't present at the party but suspected his role in the case of using snake venom as a recreational drug. He denied his role in the matter.
