Elvish Yadav, a renowned YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner, has been arrested by the Noida Police today. He was nabbed in connection with the 2023 snake venom case. The cops had named 6 people including Elvish. Now, there's a new development in the case.
According to ANI's latest report, Elvish has been sentenced to a 14-day jail term. He will be in judicial custody in connection with the case under the Wild Life Protection Act 1972. An official statement from the YouTuber's lawyer is awaited.

As per PTI's report, the case was lodged against Elvish under provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 and for criminal conspiracy under section 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
