FIR registered against Elvish Yadav for beating YouTuber Maxtern over post regarding his bond with Munawar Faruqui

Elvish Yadav is indeed controversy's favourite child. The Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner once again courted trouble after he was seen beating a person named Maxtern in a viral video. Reports claim that a fight ensued between them over a post on X, formerly called Twitter. In the viral clip, Elvish and his men were beating Maxtern in a garments store.

Hours after the incident, reports claim that the cops have registered an FIR against Elvish under IPC sections 147, 149, 323, and 506. According to a page named Bigg Boss Tak on X, the police conducted Sagar Thakur a.k.a Maxtern's medico-legal test and he has reportedly sustained four minor injuries.

Sagar Thakur alleged in his FIR, "Over the last few months, Elvish fan pages spread hate… leaving me distressed. I was asked by Elvish to meet but I thought it would be a verbal discussion. When he came to the store, he and his 8-10 goons, who were drunk, started beating me and using abusive language. Elvish Yadav tried to break my spine…," The cops said, "They have been vying with each other on YouTube and their followers would pick on each other on social media. We have collected the footage and an investigation is underway."

Elvish and Sagar's fight began on X when the latter called the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner a hypocrite for cosying up to Munawar Faruqui during the opening match of the Indian Street Premier League on March 7. Elvish, a Hindutva supporter, bonded with Munawar, who was arrested for his inappropriate comments on Hindu deities in 2021.

Replying to one of Maxtern's posts, Elvish tweeted, "Bhai tu Delhi hi rehta hai socha yad dila du (Brother, let me remind you that you live in Delhi)."

Recently, Elvish made headlines for beating up a person at a restaurant in Jaipur. Reacting to the matter, he said, "Bhai, dekho, matter ye hai, naa mujhe shauk hai ladai karne ka, naa mere ko haath uthane ka shauk hai. Main apne kaam se kaam rakhta hoon. Main chalta hoon normal. Aur jo photo khichwane ko kehta hai, hum kichwate hai aaram se photo. Par, jo koi piche se comment pass karta hai, usko nahi bakshte (I am not interested in fighting nor slapping someone. I click photos with whoever asks but if you make a personal remark, I don’t spare them either)."
