Farah Khan has made a mark in Bollywood not just as a choreographer but as a director too. In a recent interview, Farah went on to share about the casting of her film Tees Maar Khan which featured Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the lead.
Talking about the same she said that she didn’t initially want to cast Katrina in the film but ended up with her only. She said, "Pehle to main obvious choice se rehti hun thoda door. I think the only time I
made an obvious choice was jab Maine Tees Maar Khan mein Katrina Kaif ko liya. It was obvious because wo Akshay Kumar ke saath 6-7 movies kar chuki thi and I was very against ki mujhe usko nahi lena hai." She further added, “But wo ghoom ghaam ke wohi aayi picture mein."
Directed by Farah, the film released on December 24, 2010.
