Harshvardhan Rane's fans apologise to him ahead of Dange's release, here's why!

Harshvardhan Rane is set to bring Bejoy Nambiar’s thriller Dange to the theatres on March 1. The film stars the actor alongside Ehan Bhat and Nikita Dutta. It marks the second collaboration between Harshvardhan and Bejoy after Taish. As the release date of Dange nears, the actor got some heartfelt apologies from his fans, along with an endearing promise on social media.

Earlier this month, Harshvardhan’s Sanam Teri Kasam completed 8 years of its release. The film underperformed at the box office when it was released in theatres in 2016. However, it went on to become a cult classic over the years, being ranked amongst the most heart wrenching romances to have come out of Bollywood. The actor went on to give some more impressive performances in films like Taish and Tara Vs Bilal post that.

The fans have been asking for a part 2 of Sanam Teri Kasam, owing to the film’s impact. But due to the first film’s performance at the box office, the sequel hasn't yet taken off. To make sure the same doesn't happen with Harshvardhan's upcoming release, the fans took to Instagram to apologise to him and promised to go watch Dange in theatres only.

Harshvardhan received some very sweet messages as one of the fans wrote, “Hope people will understand this time how important it is for you to watch your movie in theatre only for it's your success… this time we will not let you down.” Another user wrote, “Sir, I understand you're disappointed with us because no matter how much we express our love and admiration for you, we failed as audience. But, this time will be an exception, I promise. #Dange”.

There are many such messages that the actor received and continues to get, and it shows how his performances over the years have connected with the audience. Harshvardhan’s bond with his audience has grown with each film and the actor has some quite interesting projects lined up for release, much to the delight of his fans.
