Salman Khan defends Ankita Lokhande, calls out Vicky Jain's mother on Bigg Boss 17

Ankita Lokhande who took part in reality show Bigg Boss 17 along with her husband Vicky Jain has often indulged in arguments with him. At a point, even the mentions about divorce have been made which made fans wonder if the duo is finding it tough to keep the relationship. Recently, Vicky's mother Rajani Jain went on to pass some mean comments to Ankita and even gave many interviews regarding the same. She mentioned that her son has always supported the actress financially and they were actually against the union of both.

In a recent episode of the show, the family members of the finalists were invited during which Reshu Jain who is the sister-in-law to him represented him. On being asked why his mother couldn't make it to the show this time she replied that she had been unwell.

Salman Khan who is a host of the show, then went on to ask Reshu about the marriage comment that was made by Rajani earlier denying which she said that everyone was in support of the couple from the beginning. Ankita's mother who was also sitting beside her said that she was shocked to hear that comment from Vicky's mother.
Reshu further mentioned that many relatives have been calling after watching the episodes of the show to which Salman replied, "They are jealous, they are poking your mother-in-law and she is getting poked. If they say how Ankita entered such a 'big family', does she belong to a smaller family? Aapke parivaar ko koi nhi jaanta tha, Bilaspur mein koi nhi janta tha. Isko Hindustan mein bachcha bachcha janta hai." He added, "Tell her to eradicate them from her life; otherwise, she will be a very miserable woman. Nakhre toh mujhe is waqt Ankita se zaada saasu ma ke lagrae hain."

Salman also shared that Ankita has been offered to come to the show many times before but she wanted to enter in with Vicky.

Ankita and Vicky announced about their relationship in 2019 and went on to tie the knot on December 14, 2021.
