John Abraham recently bought a luxurious bungalow in the Khar area of Mumbai. At the cost of Rs 70.83 crores, the bungalow covers an area of 5,416 sq ft. Besides, the actor also bought the land of 7,722 sqft on which the bungalow is situated.
As per the reports, the bungalow was previously owned by the 81-year-old Pravin Nathalal Shah who is a resident of Pennsylvania, USA. The deal was officially registered on December 27, 2023, and John paid the stamp duty of Rs 4.24 crores for the same.
The actor was last seen in Pathaan where he starred opposite Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. The film released on January 25, 2023.
