Sonam Kapoor Ahuja was invited to the United Kingdom Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's reception on June 28 during the UK-India Week 2023. The actress represented the country on a global platform. For the reception, Sonam wore a floral saree.
Sonam was dressed in a customised Rohit Bal Jade-coloured floral saree. She teamed it up with an ivory-coloured floral silk trench coat. The actress was styled by her sister Rhea Kapoor along with Manisha Melwani.
Sharing pictures of her look for the reception, Sonam wrote, "Representing in @rohitbalofficial for the reception at 10 Downing Street to celebrate UK India week. What a beautiful day and so happy I got to wear a sari in the gorgeous London summer."
Sonam will be returning to films with Blind which is scheduled to release on JioCinema on July 7. She will be getting back to acting soon and is yet to announce her new film after the birth of her son Vayu.
