Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra have reunited for Pooja Entertainment's next film. Titled The Great Indian Rescue, it is a biopic on Jaswant Singh Gill who led India's first coal mine rescue mission.
The Great Indian Rescue has now locked its release date. The biopic will be releasing in theatres on October 5, 2023. The first look of Akshay as Mr. Gill went viral last year. In the picture, the superstar can be seen sporting a turban.
