Lost 10 city tours, various commercial deals & had to settle for a 50% pay-cut: Nora Fatehi on defamation suit against Jacqueline Fernandez

On Monday, Nora Fatehi filed a defamation suit against Jacqueline Fernandez and some media organizations in a Delhi court in connection with the 200-crore extortion case being probed by central agencies in which conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar is the main accused. Nora and Jacqueline have both been questioned in a money laundering case filed against alleged conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. Nora's plea alleged that Jacqueline “made defamatory imputations” due to “malicious reasons” with an intent to “destroy her career to further her own interests”.

Now, Nora has said that she lost a lot on the professional front due to the case. Nora’s plea claims that a Dubai-based concert slipped out of her hands and she also lost some 10 city tours in the US and Canada and various commercial deals, and had to settle for a 50% cut in fee with a brand due to her name being dragged in the case, causing her mental agony.
