Isha Ambani, the daughter of India's richest businessman Mukesh Ambani, started a new chapter in her life. Married to Anand Piramal, the executive director of the Piramal Group, she gave birth to twins on November 19. Isha and Anand welcomed a baby girl named Aadiya and a boy named Krishna. In an official statement, the Ambani and Piramal families confirmed the news.
"We are delighted to share that our children Isha and Anand have been blessed by the Almighty with twins on 19th November 2022. Isha and the babies, baby girl Aadiya and baby boy Krishna are doing well. We seek your blessings and good wishes for Aadiya, Krishna, Isha and Anand in this most important phase of their life. Isha and Anand tied the knot in a grand ceremony in 2018. Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar had recorded a special version of the Gayatri Mantra for the couple's wedding which was played during the rituals. Isha and Anand's wedding was a star-studded affair.
Isha, the new mom in town, became the director of Reliance Retail in August. Her father Mukesh Ambani made the announcement during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Reliance Industries.
