Rambha, known for acting in films like Judwaa, Gharwali Baharwali and many others, met with an accident in Canada. She was on her way home after picking up her children from school. The actress shared pictures of her damaged car on Instagram. She also informed that her daughter Sasha is still in the hospital whereas the rest of them escaped with minor injuries.
Sharing the news of her car accident on Instagram, Rambha wrote, "Our car was hit by another car at an intersection wayback from picking kids from school! "Me with kids and my nanny "All of us are safe with minor injuries my little sasha is still in the hospital bad days bad time please pray for us your prayers means a lot."
Rambha married Indrakumar Pathmanathan, a Canada-based Sri Lankan Tamil businessman, on 8 April 2010. She has two daughters and one son- Laanya, Sasha and Shivin.
Born as Vijayalakshmi, she started her acting career with the Malayalam film Sargam (1992). Rambha went on to act in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali and Bhojpuri cinema. She hasn't acted in films since 2011.
