Alia Bhatt, who is currently enjoying the success of Brahmastra, has many reasons to celebrate. While she has had a great year on the professional front, her personal life also remained in the headlines. After tying the knot with Ranbir Kapoor in April, she announced her pregnancy in June. Reportedly, Alia and Ranbir's baby will be welcomed in December.
Now, as Alia is gearing up for motherhood, the Bhatts and Kapoors have reportedly planned a baby shower for her this month. According to an entertainment portal's report, the actress' mother Soni Razdan and mother-in-law Neetu Kapoor will be organising an 'all-girls' baby shower by the end of September.
Reportedly, Alia's sister Shaheen Bhatt and childhood friends including Akansha Ranjan Kapoor will be attending it. Ranbir's cousins Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor along with Navya Nanda and Shweta Bachchan are expected to join.
Ranbir and Alia tied the knot on April 14 and announced the news of their first baby on June 27.
