Ranveer Singh calls his 'Ghar Ki Lakshmi' Deepika Padukone a 'firecracker', feels lucky to have her in his life

Ranveer Singh has time and again credited his wife, actress Deepika Padukone for his success and evolution as a human being. Right from the time they tied the knot, the actor addresses her as his Ghar Ki Lakshmi. Once again, Ranveer called himself lucky for having Deepika in his life. 

At the launch of Jayeshbhai Jordaar's first song titled Firecracker, Ranveer called Deepika 'Ghar Ki Lakshmi' and showered love on her. "Lucky toh main hoon, kyunki mere ghar mein Lakshmi hai. Jab se mere life mein aayi hai, jo patri pakadi hai maine. 2012 so it's 10 years of me and my baby," he told.

In a recent interview, Ranveer praised Deepika for helping him balance his personal and professional life. "If it were up to me, I’d work for 18 hours a day. All we have is time and what defines us is what we truly do with it," he told. The actor further added, "I’ve been obsessed with my craft, and I had zero work-life balance for the longest time. It was only when Deepika (Padukone) came into my life that she made me appreciate living it. She sits down with me and goes through my calendar to ensure the same."

Deepika and Ranveer were seen together in Kabir Khan's 2021 film 83.
