Ranbir Kapoor’s and Alia Bhatt’s romance and finally wedding is what fairy tales are made of. The couple tied the knot on April 15, 2022 in the presence of close family and friends at Ranbir’s house in Vastu, Bandra, Mumbai. Soon after the wedding, Alia took to her social media to share first pictures with hubby Ranbir. Although, Bollywood celebs inundated them with best wishes, one comment that stood out was from Hollywood star Gal Gadot.
Gal Gadot, who plays DC comic superhero Wonder Woman, took to the comments section of Alia’s Instagram and congratulated the couple on their wedding. She wrote, “Congratulations,” along with a red heart emoji.
Alia will soon be making her big Hollywood debut alongside Gal in Netflix’s spy thriller Heart of Stone. The film also stars Jamie Dornan and will be directed by Tom Harper with Greg Rucka and Allison Schroeder on board as writers. Skydance’s David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Don Granger are producing Heart of Stone along with Mockingbird’s Bonnie Curtis and Julie Lynn and Pilot Wave’s Gadot and Jaron Varsano. Harper, Rucka and Patty Whitcher are exec producing.
Alia and Ranbir dated for 5 years before tying the knot. They are awaiting the release of their first film together, Brahmastra this year as well.
