Malaika Arora, who met with a car accident on Saturday afternoon, has been discharged from the hospital on Sunday. The actress was returning to Mumbai from Pune after attending a fashion event. Reportedly, her Range Rover car bumped into three cars on the Mumbai-Pune expressway.
Malaika has sustained an eye injury. She was discharged after a few stitches and though shaken by the accident, she is said to be recovering well. According to a report, Malaika was resting her head on a cushion, which softened the impact of the accident. The local police have registered an FIR and are investigating the matter.
As per reports, Malaika's sister Amrita Arora and boyfriend Arjun Kapoor were with her in the hospital.
