The trailer of Abhishek Bachchan, Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur's Dasvi released on social media today. The film directed by Tushar Jalota revolves around a jailed corrupt and illiterate politician Ganga Ram Chaudhary who is triggered by an IPS officer to complete his education. The trailer has several humorous and memorable moments and one of them has a Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone connection.
In the scene, Abhishek's Ganga bhaiyya is learning English grammar with his sidekick's help. While learning active-passive voice, the sidekick reads out an active voice sentence, "Ranveer loves Deepika". Instead of replying in a passive voice, Ganga bhaiyya says, "Everyone loves Deepika."
