Alia Bhatt celebrated her 29th birthday on March 15 in the Maldives with her mother Soni Razdan and sister Shaheen Bhatt. The actress shared glimpses of the celebration in a video on Instagram. Right from taking a yacht ride, spending time on the beach to watching FRIENDS, Alia had a blast.
While fans were expecting Alia's beau, actor Ranbir Kapoor, to join her in the Maldives, he apparently couldn't be present physically. However, he did make an interesting cameo in Alia's birthday video. It looks like Ranbir sent loads of love to his ladylove through a bouquet and a personalised note.

Talking about marrying Ranbir, Alia told in an interview, "I am married to Ranbir, in fact, I am married to Ranbir in my head for a long time. Everything happens for a reason. Whenever we do get married it will work out right and in a beautiful way."
Alia and Ranbir will be seen together on the big screen for the first time in Brahmastra.
