Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor's Shamshera was scheduled to release in theatres on March 18, 2022. However, it has been postponed once again. The dacoit drama will hit the silver screen on July 22.
The new release date was announced with a teaser. Ranbir, Sanjay and Vaani gave a glimpse into the world of Shamshera, a dacoit who fights for freedom. Sharing the video, YRF wrote, "A legend will rise on 22nd July. Celebrate #Shamshera with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu."
Directed by Karan Malhotra, Shamshera is produced by Yash Raj Studios.
