Malaika Arora shared a note today about normalizing falling in love in 40s. The post comes a few days after an online publication wrote that she and boyfriend Arjun Kapoor have parted ways that led to social media frenzy amongst fans as well as naysayers. However, Arjun soon refuted the rumours by posting a monochrome picture with Malaika putting a full stop on their breakup rumours. Now, Malaika has chosen to break her silence and give it back to the trolls.
The note shared by Malaika on her Instagram Stories read, “No but seriously. Normalize finding love in your ‘40s. Normalize discovering and chasing new dreams in your 30’s. Normalize finding yourself and your purpose in your 50’s. Life doesn’t end at 25. Let’s stop acting like it does (sic).”
Arjun also reposted the note on his Instagram stories. He had previously written, “Ain’t no place for shady rumours. Stay safe. Stay blessed. Wish well for people. Love y’all.”
The couple have often been trolled for the age gap between them but that has not deterred them from leading a fulfilling life together and rightly so!
