Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal are all set to get married in Rajasthan this week and the two even left for Jaipur from Mumbai today evening. Now, the latest news is that although Katrina’s ex-boyfriend Salman Khan won’t be joining in the festivities but his trusted bodyguard Shera will be providing extra security at their super-secret wedding.
According to a report in an online portal, Salman’s private bodyguard Shera will be in charge of security at the Six Senses Fort in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, where wedding festivities will take place over three days. The wedding will reportedly happen on December 9, after a sangeet on December 7 and mehendi ceremony on December 8.
Shera, is the superstar’s long-time bodyguard and runs his own security company called Tiger Security. His real name is Gurmeet Singh. His company along with local administration will provide security to the couple and their assembled guests. Several dharamshalas in Chauth Ka Barwada, in Rajasthan's Sawai Madhopur district, have been booked by the couple for the bouncers and other security staff.
A proof of vaccination was sought by Rajendra Kishan, District Collector of Sawai Madhopur from the actors’ guests and those who are not fully vaccinated will have to do a Covid test. As per reports, Vicky and Katrina will hold a reception in Mumbai for their colleagues, friends and media post their wedding.
