Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa tied the knot on Monday at The Oberoi Sukhvilas Spa Resort, New Chandigarh. It was a close-knit affair with only family members and friends in attendance. After tying the nuptial knot, Rajkummar and Patralekhaa hosted a reception in the evening. Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar attended the event and shared a picture with the newlyweds.
The CM, in Hindi, wrote on Instagram that he attended Rajkummar and Patralekhaa's wedding reception to bless the newlyweds. In the picture, Patralekhaa can be seen dressed in a golden and off-white saree. She rounded off her look with a choker and sindoor. Rajkummar wore a black tuxedo suit.
Rajkummar and Patralekhaa shared their wedding pictures on Monday evening. The couple chose Sabyasachi to dress them for their big day. Rajkummar's caption read, "Finally after 11 years of love, romance, friendship and fun, I got married to my everything today, my soulmate, my best friend, my family. Today there is no greater happiness for me than being called your husband @patralekhaa Here’s to forever .. and beyond."
Patralekhaa's wedding veil had a special message for Rajkummar written in Bengali. The message was, "Amar poran bhora bhalobasha ami tomae shomorpon korilam," which loosely translates to "I surrender to you my love-filled heart."
