Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa are finally tying the knot after 10 years of being in a relationship. The wedding is scheduled to take place tomorrow in Chandigarh with only close family members and friends in attendance. Rajkummar and Patralekhaa, who make for a beautiful pair, have a fairytale-like love story. As the day of PatRaj Wedding is inching closer, this is how their love blossomed.
In an interview with Humans Of Bombay in 2019, Patralekhaa opened up about her love story with Rajkummar. While it was love at first sight for him, she felt he was a weird guy after watching his film LSD. "I saw him for the first time on-screen when I watched LSD (Love Sex Aur Dhokha). I thought that the weird guy he played in the film was actually what he was like. My perception of him was already tarnished. He told me later, that he had first seen me in an ad and thought, ‘I'm going to marry her'. It was so ironic," Patralekhaa told.
Patralekhaa further praised Rajkummar and said, "And once we started working together, it was magic. The kind of passion he had was powerful. He would bring everyone along with him like a tornado. He made sure that not only him, but everyone did their best, and I couldn't respect him any more than I did then."
On Saturday evening, Rajkummar and Patralekhaa got engaged. Pictures and videos from the engagement party went viral on social media. The groom-to-be went down on one knee to propose to his wife-to-be in the most romantic manner.
