Similarly, Bollywood celebrities also made some purchases just before Diwali and are ready to celebrate the festival with joy. Actresses Kriti Sanon and Sanya Malhotra, individually, invested in properties and purchases apartments for themselves.
Kriti, after back-to-back hits, has purchased an apartment in Atlantis developed by realtor Crystal Pride Developers. The property is located in Andheri West. This year, Amitabh Bachchan reportedly purchased apartments in Atlantis on the 27th and 28th floors. Reportedly, Sunny Leone and Aanand L. Rai too have properties in the same building.
Sanya, who is awaiting the release of Meenakshi Sundareshwar on Netflix, has purchased an apartment located in the Bayview building on the Juhu Versova Link Road. The property was purchased in October this year. Reportedly, the cost of the apartment is Rs 14.3 crores.

As per reports, Hrithik Roshan apartments spread across 38,000 sq ft with a 6,500 sq ft open-to-the-sky terrace for Rs 97.50 crore in the same building block in 2020. The Roshan family reportedly has 10 parking slots in the building.
