Karan Johar is returning to the director's chair after 5 long years with a family entertainer titled Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The titular roles are played by Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt. Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi's key roles in the film makes it even more special. Two weeks after announcing Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, Karan has started preparing for the film.
The filmmaker along with Ranveer travelled to Delhi for location scouting. Karan shared a selfie with his 'Rocky' on his Instagram stories. In the picture, Karan can be seen in a white shirt. He wore multiple chains and purple-tinted sunglasses. Ranveer unleashed his swag in a Gucci sweatshirt and sunglasses.
PeepingMoon sources informed that Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani is a cross-cultural rom-com that revolves around a girl who decides to live in with her boyfriend's family before marriage. It is said to be a beautiful dramedy that's immersed in the roots of love and family. The film is scheduled to go on floors in a couple of months and will release in 2022.
Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani was announced on Ranveer's birthday that is July 6.
