After Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt to venture into Hollywood, signs with talent agency WME?

Back in 2019, rumours were rife that Alia Bhatt is planning to venture into Hollywood, following the footsteps of her fellow actresses- Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Deepika Padukone. However, the actress brushed it off as incorrect news. Now, it seems Alia is actively looking out for opportunities in the West. According to an international publication, the 4-time Filmfare Award winner has signed with a U.S-based talent agency, William Morris Endeavor (WME). 

As per reports, WME's clients include Ben Affleck, Jessica Alba, Christian Bale, Hugh Jackman, Kate Hudson, Ellen Page, Joaquin Phoenix, and Amy Schumer. Alia is yet to confirm the news. In 2019, the actress said she has no plans to move out of Bollywood as she is busy with many interesting projects. She had stated, "I have no plans to do international projects. I am happy doing the work that I get here. I don’t have time to even think of working abroad."

Workwise, Alia wrapped the shoot of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiawadi. She also has S S Rajamouli's pan-India film RRR. The actress is expected to return to the sets of Brahmastra in a few week's time. On July 6, Alia announced another film titled Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. She will also star in Karan Johar's Takht

On the other hand, Alia launched her own production house named Eternal Sunshine Productions. She is acting in the banner's first film titled Darlings, which is co-produced by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment.
