Ankita Lokhande, along with her mother and boyfriend Vicky Jain, reached Mahesh Shetty’s residence to celebrate his birthday. They seemed to have surprised the actor as they took the cake out at the parking lot and made the birthday boy cut it. His wife and children too were a part of the celebrations.
Ankita called her Pavitra Rishta co-star as ‘Shetty’ and ‘anna’ and quipped that he had not grown old, but their friendship had. She wrote that their friendship had become ‘strong and unbroken’ with time. Posting the photos and videos, Ankita wrote, "Although you never get old but our friendship has; and with time, strong and unbroken. From the bottom of my heart I wish you happy birthday ANNA @memaheshshetty."
Mahesh is close friends with Ankita and shared a brother-like bond with late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. SSR has wished Mahesh last year with a selfie as he wrote, "Happy birthday meri jaan.. @memaheshshetty"
Ankita, Sushant and Mahesh were all seen in Ekta Kapoor's Pavitra Rishta. Ankita and Mahesh continue to remain good friends. Mahesh had also attended Ankita's birthday bash last year.
