After recovering from COVID-19, Aamir Khan resumes Laal Singh Chaddha shoot in Ladakh

Aamir Khan, who dived deep into the filming of Laal Singh Chaddha after the lockdown was lifted in 2020, contracted COVID-19. He was under home quarantine and now, it seems he has recovered fully. After taking adequate rest, Aamir is back on the sets of the Advait Chandan directorial. While shoots in Mumbai have been cancelled due to a surge in COVID-19 cases, the actor has travelled to Ladakh.

According to a leading daily's report, Aamir will be filming some action sequences in Ladakh and Kargil area. It is said to be a 45 days schedule. Naga Chaitanya, who has reportedly replaced Vijay Sethupathi in Laal Singh Chaddha, is expected to join the unit for the war sequences. Laal Singh Chaddha is directed by Advait Chandan and produced by Viacom18 Studios and Aamir Khan Productions. It also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Mona Singh and Manav Vij. It is written by Atul Kulkarni. The film is said to release on Christmas 2021 after a year's delay.
