Sidharth Malhotra gets injured on 'Mission Majnu' set during an action scene, continues to shoot despite excruciating pain

Sidharth Malhotra who is currently shooting for his much anticipated 70's spy thriller Mission Majnu in Lucknow has been shooting action sequences on live locations. Filming at live locations comes with the risk of injury. As luck would have it, the actor severely injured his knee while performing a stunt last week.

While shooting a jump action sequence, the actor slipped and hit his knee on metal. Instead of stopping the shooting, the actor did a lot of icing and medication and finished the action sequences. He went on to shoot for the next three days to ensure that the shoot does not get disrupted since they have been working with a retro setup.
